I basically brought these guys a bucket of bolts at the beginning of summer and they literally performed a miracle by rebuilding my transmission, installing a new clutch, replacing the high pressure fuel pump, fixing an oil pan leak, replacing the windshield and swapping out my tires. I owe them a huge debt of gratitude for their diligence, perseverance, and precision. John‘s Auto Service is a place of integrity, impeccability and the highest professionalism. I will use them for all my automotive service and I can’t recommend them enough!

Very honest and trustworthy business! They go above and beyond. My car had door handles problem and they went above and beyond to find out root cause. They gave me paperwork to go to dealership. Always a complete inspection of my vehicle regardless of why it is in. Provides a full break down of what should be repaired immediately and what can wait. Very knowledgeable and never an issue with the work completed. Highly recommend.

There service here was outstanding. I had a loose heat shield hanging off the bottom of my car. I managed to get an appointment the next day. The garage kept me up to date via email and text with how the work proceeded. They also updated me on other issues my car had and sent invoices to show how much completing this services would be. Their frequent and easy communication, friendly service and quality repairs really sold me on making this my go to garage in Kingston! I recommend these guys to everyone I know.

John’s Auto Service has always been extremely helpful and honest - two qualities that are difficult to find in the car industry. Whenever I required their services, they gave me the run down of the work I needed done and their HONEST opinion.. being a young girl, they could have easily taken advantage of my lack of knowledge, but they never overcharged me, as I pursued other quotes and John’s were always the lowest and best prices, as well as accurately itemized invoices.
